"You can make a key contribution to your child's healing.

I was once were you are today; filled with fear, anxiety, confusion and with no idea how to help my child.

Our course gives you the step-by-step plan that I developed by leading my own daughter, and then many other parents out of the crisis of self-harm.

It will be an immense support in your own journey. There is nothing special about me. I'm just a normal mum.

If I can make can you."

The Course itself was fun (amazing for such a topic) with an emphasis on supporting our children in a compassionate and hopeful way.

I would 100% recommend this course.

It doesn't matter where you are in your journey with your child, the course is designed to be absorbed on so many different levels."

“It’s been really inspirational.

I now have a renewed sense of optimism in the situation and practical ways of helping my daughter.

I recommend this course to any parent struggling with the stress and anxiety of having a child or teen self-harming. ”
